Roadmap software is designed to help Winning Complex Sales™ users visualise the critical success factors in the sales process and share information more easily with team members.

The software is available in two versions – PC based, for individual users, and a web-hosted version for integration with CRM systems. Both versions contain all the familiar WCS concepts such as Buying Center, Customer Needs Analysis, Individual Value Propositions, Competitive Strategy, Project Qualification Profile, and the Joint Action Plan. Customisable coaching tips are available throughout the application, and your Ideal Sales Process suggests tasks to include in the opportunity action plan.

Roadmap CRM helps WCS users integrate the methodology into their CRM system. The application eliminates the need for double data entry, and synchronises action plan tasks with Microsoft Outlook through the CRM system.

Roadmap CRM is available today with a connector for salesforce.com. Connectors for other popular CRM systems will be released in the near future.
