Global Implementation of Opportunity
Management
Founded in 1972, SAP is the recognised leader in providing
collaborative business solutions for all types of industries.
SAP recognises the need to focus on the creation and ongoing
delivery of customer value. In pursuit of this goal, a global
initiative was launched to implement a value-based sales
approach, supported by the mySAP CRM solution.
Infoteam supported SAP in the design and deployment of
an SAP-specific program for this global initiative. To date,
Infoteam has trained the Opportunity Management program
in 35 country organisations in EMEA & Asia Pacific,
to more than 1500 customer-facing staff.
