Global Implementation of Opportunity Management

In pursuit of this goal, a global initiative was launched to implement a value-based sales approach, supported by the mySAP CRM solution.

Infoteam supported SAP in the design and deployment of an SAP-specific program for this global initiative. To date, Infoteam has trained the Opportunity Management program in 35 country organisations in EMEA & Asia Pacific, to more than 1500 customer-facing staff.
